Hypnotherapy and NLP
• Gary will usually travel to his Client’s home address in order to carry out a therapy session. Gary operates in the North Hampshire, West Surrey, South Berkshire region and no travel costs are payable for therapy in this region. Should Gary be required to travel further then additional travel costs and time charges will apply, and will be agreed prior to appointment.
• Payment is to be made at the time of the Therapy session in either cash or cheque format.
• A Client who cancels a session within 48 hours will have the full charges of the session applied.

Life Coaching
• Gary will usually travel to his Client’s home address in order to carry out a Life Coaching session. Gary operates in the North Hampshire, West Surrey, South Berkshire region and no travel costs are payable for therapy in this region. Should Gary be required to travel further then additional travel costs and time charges will apply, and be agreed prior to appointment.

Life Coaching from £65/hr
Personal Training
• Personal Training is carried out from Gary’s home gym which is based in Church Crookham, Hampshire just off Junction 4A of the M3. No gym fees are payable for training at this location.
• Should Personal Training be requested at another location then the Client will be required to pay travelling time at a pro-rata hourly rate at the same cost as for the session, and also will be responsible for any travelling costs such as Congestion Charge and parking if appropriate, and any required gym fees.
• Payment is to be made at the time of the Personal Training session in either cash or cheque format.
• A Client who cancels a session within 48 hours will have the full charges of the session applied.
